摘要
为评估西安地区人才状况和经济发展的协调性,文中在文献研究的基础上,运用德尔菲法建立了包含人才资源数量、质量和贡献率的人才资源综合评价指标体系以及包含GDP、进出口贸易额和居民储蓄额等在内的经济发展评价指标体系.采用主成分分析法对评价指标进行标准化处理,得出人才资源、经济系统的综合发展水平指数.运用回归分析法拟合人才资源和经济发展水平指数,构建反映人才资源与经济发展的协调性评价模型,对西安市1993-2014年人才资源和经济发展的协调性评估,为地区经济社会发展状况提供了解释.
To evaluate the coordination between Xian's human resources and economic development, based on literature study, this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation systems of the human resources and economic development. The Human resources evaluation system includes quantity, quality and contribution rates; the economic development evaluation system comprises GDP, the import and export trade volume and the amount of household savings, etc. The evaluation indicators are normalized by the principal component analysis (PCA) obtaining the comprehensive development level indexes of taleat resources and economic system. The indexes of talent resources and economic development level are fitted by the regression analysis (RA), building up a human resources-economic development coordination evaluation model, Finally the coordination between human resources and economic development in Xi'an from 1993 to 2014 is assessed economic development. with the model providing an explanation for the regional
