摘要
目的:测试Multilink Speed自粘接树脂水门汀对口腔修复用不同材料剪切粘接强度的影响。方法:用4种临床常用的修复材料(高强度玻璃陶瓷,金属烤瓷,镍铬合金,树脂)制作统一标准试样。将试样用Multilink Speed自粘接树脂水门汀粘接。用万能材料试验机测试粘接强度。结果:各种修复材料的剪切粘接强度平均值为高强度玻璃陶瓷(21.5±6.5)MPa,镍铬合金(9.6±3.2)MPa,金属烤瓷(10.9±4.2)MPa,树脂(17.8±8.3)MPa。自粘接树脂水门汀在高强度玻璃陶瓷和树脂组产生的剪切粘接强度高于金属烤瓷组(P<0.05),也高于金属烤瓷组(P<0.05)。结论:Multilink Speed自粘接树脂水门汀对高强度玻璃陶瓷及树脂的粘接强度高于对金属烤瓷及镍铬合金的粘接强度。
Objective:to compare the shear bond strength(SBS) of Multilink Speed self-adhesive resin cement on various materials for oral cavity repair. Methods:the standard sample was made of four common materials used in clinical settings, including high strength glass ceramics, metal porcelain, nickel-chromium alloy and resin. The universal testing machine was adopted to assess the bonding strength when all samples were bonded by Multilink Speed self-adhesive resin cement.Results:the average of shear bond strength of the four materials were 21.5±6.5 MPa,(9.6±3.2) MPa,(10.9±4.2) MPa and(17.8±8.3) MPa for high strength glass ceramics, metal porcelain, nickel-chromium alloy and resin, separately. The higher SBSwere observed in both high strength glass ceramics and resin groups, compared to that in either metal porcelain group(P〈0.05) or nickel-chromium alloy group(P〈0.05). Self-adhesive resin cement in high-strength glass ceramic and resin produced than metal porcelain group also higher than the metal ceramic group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: multilink Speed self-adhesive resin cement has a better bonding strength on high strength glass ceramics and resin in comparison to metal ceramic and nickel-chromium alloy.
