康惠尔透明贴预防无创面罩呼吸机患者鼻面部褥疮的效果

目的:观察康惠尔透明贴在无创面罩呼吸机患者鼻面部褥疮预防中的效果。方法:把符合纳入标准的120例患者随机分成两组,对照组60例,试验组60例。对照组患者使用无创面罩呼吸机时鼻部周围用纱布减轻压迫,试验组患者使用无创面罩呼吸机前在鼻部周围使用康惠尔透明贴,观察两组患者鼻部褥疮的发生率及舒适度情况。结果:对照组褥疮发生率为70%;试验组褥疮发生率为6.7%。试验组的皮肤舒适度显著高于对照组的皮肤舒适度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康惠尔透明贴有助于降低患者鼻面部压疮的发生。
