经皮肾脏穿刺活检术在B型超声引导下的效果及护理

目的:探究B型超声引导下经皮肾脏穿刺活检术的临床效果及护理。方法:本研究选取2013年1月至2014年12月进行肾穿刺术的患者383例。结果:本研究2例患者由于取材不足未成功进行检查,成功取材患者381例,成功率99.48%,患者出院前,调查对护理工作的满意度,383例患者均表示满意,满意度100%,术后仅出现1例肾周围血肿,经临床干预后治愈。结论:B型超声引导下经皮肾脏穿刺活检术效果明显,有效的护理可降低术后并发症的发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect and nursing guided percutaneous renal biopsy ultrasound. Methods： This study selected 383 patients with renal biopsy under the guidance of B ultrasound in our hospital from January 2014 2013 to December, the preoperative. Results： 2 cases patients due to insufficient material without success were examined successfully drawn with 381 cases, 99.48% success rate, patients prior to discharge. Conclusion： ultrasound guided the percutaneous renal biopsy effect is very apparent, effective nursing care can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patient satisfaction.
