鼻咽癌患者普通放射治疗与调强放射治疗期间的心理状态比较分析

The psychological state of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) during Ordinary radiation therapy and intensity-modulated radiation therapy of the comparative analysis

目的:比较鼻咽癌患者普通放射治疗与调强放射治疗期间的心理状态和生存质量的差异。方法:根据入院先后将患者随机分为普通放射组和调强放射组,比较两组患者心理状态和生存质量。结果:调强放射组患者与普通放疗组相比,调强放射组患者的心理状态显著优于普通放疗组P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。调强放射组患者的治疗后一个月的生存质量评分显著优于普通放疗组P<0.05,具有统计学意义。调强放射组患者的治疗不良反应率显著低于普通放疗组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:鼻咽癌患者接受调强放射治疗,可以显著降低患者的负面情绪,降低了患者的不良反应率,同时改善生命质量。

Objective：To explore the difference between psychological status and quality of life of ordinary NPC patients during radiation therapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy. Method：has the patients were randomly divided into general radiology groups and IMRT group under a hospital, mental status and quality of life between the two groups of patients. Results：IMRT patients radiotherapy group compared with the normal psychological state IMRT group were significantly better than the normal radiotherapy group P0.05, statistically significant. IMRT patients after one month of treatment, Qo L was significantly better than the normal radiotherapy group P0.05, statistically significant. Intensity-modulated radiotherapy group the treatment of patients with adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than ordinary radiotherapy group, P0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion：NPC patients receiving intensity modulated radiation therapy, can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients, reduce the rate of adverse reaction of patients,while improving the quality of life.
