手术室无菌物品间无菌包上架指引牌的应用与效果评价

Operating room sterile aseptic package shelves applications and Evaluation Guidelines licenses

目的:探讨无菌包上架指引牌在手术室无菌物品间的管理效果。方法:在手术室无菌间实施5S管理,比较常规组(按传统方法)和新方法组(在传统方法上增加无菌包上架指引牌)两组夜班工人无菌包上架平均耗时、无菌物品定位放置准确率以及年轻护士、实习护生、夜班工人的满意度。结果:新方法组无菌包上架耗时比常规组明显缩短,经t检验,P<0.001,有显著性差异;无菌物品定位放置准确率由原来的57%上升至100%;年轻护士、实习护生及夜班工人的满意度均比常规组提高。结论:在无菌室设置无菌包上架指引牌,能够直观、快捷地找到所需器械,节约无菌包上架的时间,提高无菌物品定位放置准确率,提高护士及工人的满意度,是值得推广的新方法。

Objective：Discussion shelves sterile package licensing guidelines in the operating room sterile items between management effectiveness. Methods：Implementation of 5S management in sterile operating room, more conventional group（according to the traditional method） and a new method group（an increase in the traditional method of sterile package licensing guidelines shelves） two night workers took an average of aseptic package shelves, sterile place accurate positioning rate, and the young nurse, nursing students, night shift worker satisfaction. Results：The new method was added to the group consuming than conventional aseptic package was significantly shortened by t test, P0.001, there are significant differences; Sterile place positioning accuracy increased from 57% up to 100%; the young nurse, nursing students and night shift workers to improve satisfaction than the conventional group. Conclusion：Set in a sterile room shelves sterile package licensing guidelines, intuitively and quickly find the required equipment, sterile package shelves save time and improve positioning sterile placement accuracy, nurses and improve worker satisfaction, is worth promoting the new method.
