摘要
目的:观察夜戴型角膜塑形镜控制青少年近视的疗效。方法:选取7~15岁的近视患者147例(294眼),其中研究组67例(134眼)配戴角膜塑形镜,对照组80例(160眼)配戴框架眼镜。观察两组患者戴镜前、戴镜后1年的裸眼视力、等效球镜、角膜曲率、角膜厚度、眼轴的变化。结果:研究组与对照组相比,患者裸眼视力明显提高、等效球镜明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而角膜曲率、角膜厚度无明显差异(P〉0.05),研究组眼轴长度变化无明显差异(P〉0.05),对照组眼轴长度变化有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:角膜塑形镜治疗青少年近视疗效确切,与框架眼镜相比,可明显减少近视增加,有效控制眼轴变长,一定程度上控制近视发展。
To observe the curative effect of night-wear orthokeratology lens controlling juvenile myopia. Methods: A total of 147 myopia patients aged 7-15 patients(294 eyes) are selected as samples, the study group of 67 cases(134 eyes) wearing orthokeratology lens, the comparative group of 80 cases(160 eyes) wearing frame glasses. Two groups were observed for the change of visual acuity, spherical equivalent refraction, corneal curvature, corneal thickness and ocular axis, wearing glasses of 1 year. Results: To be compared with the comparative group, patients in the study group improved uncorrected visual acuity, decreased spherical equivalent obviously. Such difference was statistically significant(P0.05), while the corneal curvature, corneal thickness had no significant difference(P0.05). The axial length in the study group did not change significantly(P0.05), while the ones in the comparative group has ?a statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion: The effect of orthokeratology treatment of juvenile myopia is exact. Compared with frame glasses, it can significantly reduce the increase in myopia, and effectively control elongation of the ocular axial, control the development of myopia to a certain extent.
