颅内消淤汤治疗慢性硬膜下血肿临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect by cerebral blood stasis decoction in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma

目的探讨颅内消淤汤治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床效果。方法 60例慢性硬膜下血肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用颅内消淤汤;对照组采用单纯的西医治疗。观察比较两组患者的平均住院时间及血肿体积情况。结果治疗后观察组平均住院时间(12.5±3.4)d、血肿体积(22.4±5.7)ml低于对照组治疗后的平均住院时间(18.9±2.0)d、血肿体积(56.4±9.7)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅内消淤汤治疗慢性硬膜下血肿能显著改善症状,加快颅内血肿的吸收,缩短平均住院时间,提高患者生存质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by cerebral blood stasis decoction in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic subdural hematoma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received additional cerebral blood stasis decoction in addition to conventional Western medicine treatment, and the control group received Western medicine treatment alone. Average hospital stay time and hematoma volume were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the observation group had average hospital stay time as （12.5±3.4） d and hematoma volume as （22.4±5.7） ml, which were lower than （18.9±2.0） d and （56.4±9.7） ml in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had much higher total effective rate as 90.00% than 60.00% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cerebral blood stasis decoction in treating chronic subdural hematoma can remarkably improve symptoms, accelerate absorption of intracranial hematoma, shorten average hospital stay time, and improve life quality in patients. This method is worth promoting and applying.
