宫-腹腔镜联合治疗妇科疾病105例分析

Analysis of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in the treatment of 105 cases with gynecological diseases

目的 探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合在妇科疾病手术诊断及治疗中的应用.方法 对105例采用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析, 对不孕症、异常子宫出血、黏膜下肌瘤、盆腔疼痛、纵隔子宫、盆腔包块等疾病, 通过宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合检查并治疗宫腔、腹腔内疾病.观察其临床效果.结果 所有患者均行宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术, 术后2~5 d出院, 没有手术并发症发生.结论 宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术可诊断及治疗宫腔、腹腔内的异常情况, 疗效满意, 临床可大力推广应用.

Objective To investigate application of combination of hysteroscope and laparoscope in diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 105 patients receiving combination of hysteroscope and laparoscope in operation treatment. Combined examination and treatment by hysteroscope and laparoscope was applied for infertility, abnormal uterine bleeding, submucous myoma, pelvie cavity pain, uterus subseptus unicollis, and pelvic mass. Their clinical effects were observed.Results All patients received combined operation by hysteroscope and laparoscope, and they left the hospital in 2~5 d after operation, without any operative complications.Conclusion Hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in operation can provide diagnosis and treatment of uterine cavity and abdominal abnormalities with satisfactory effects. This method can be widely promoted and applied.
