切口缘微量自血在白色白内障连续环形撕囊中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨球结膜切口缘微量自体血(自血)在白色白内障连续环形撕囊中的作用、安全性、有效性及手术技巧。方法 80例(120眼)行白内障超声乳化术中的白色白内障患者,在前房注入少量粘弹剂后,利用1 ml注射器连接5号平针头吸取结膜切口处的微量出血,注入前房前囊膜表面并轻按摩数秒钟,继续前房内注入粘弹剂充盈前房,并压迫微量血液平铺于前房撕囊区前囊膜表面,利用染色囊膜与囊膜下皮质的颜色区别常规完成连续环形撕囊,观察手术效果。结果 80例(120眼)均顺利完成连续环形撕囊,术中无一例因前囊瓣迷失而中断撕囊。结论白色白内障连续环形撕囊中应用切口缘微量自血前囊膜染色具有原位取材、操作简便、效果确切的特点,在白色白内障术中可酌情选用。 Objective To investigate effect, safety, effectiveness and operational skill of small dose of autologous blood on incision margin in cataract continuous circular capsulorhexis.Methods A total of 80 (120 eyes) patients in cataract phacoemulsification operation received anterior chamber injection of small dose of viscoelastic substance. Small dose of autologous blood in conjunctival incision was taken by 1 ml injector connecting with No. 5 flat needle, then the blood was injected into anterior capsule membrane surface, followed by mild massage for several minutes. Injection of viscoelastic substance continued till fully oppress blood on capsule membrane surface of anterior chamber capsulorhexis area. Different color between dyeing capsule membrane and capsule hypopallium was applied for continuous circular capsulorhexis. Their operation effects were observed. Results All the 80 cases (120 eyes) received successful continuous circular capsulorhexis, and no case had suspended capsulorhexis due to lost anterior capsule.Conclusion Application of small dose of autologous blood on incision margin in cataract continuous circular capsulorhexis contains advantages of autologous material, easy operation, and precise effect. This method can be chosen to apply in cataract operation.
