孕妇B族溶血性链球菌感染对母婴的影响

Influence by group B hemolytic streptococci in pregnant women on mother and infant

目的探讨孕妇B族溶血性链球菌(GBS)感染对母婴的影响。方法 200例定期孕检并分娩的孕妇,根据有无B族溶血性链球菌感染将其分为观察组55例(B族溶血性链球菌阳性)和对照组145例(B族溶血性链球菌阴性),观察B族溶血性链球菌感染对母婴的影响。结果两组孕妇流产、早产、胎膜早破、产褥感染的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组新生儿肺炎、新生儿上呼吸道感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩前B族溶血性链球菌阳性感染对孕妇和胎儿的生命健康造成严重的威胁,因此,要做好孕妇产生B族溶血性链球菌的预防工作,一旦发生感染要及时治疗并严格控制。

Objective To investigate influence by group B hemolytic streptococci （GBS） in pregnant women on mother and infant. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women, who received regular check and gave birth, were divided by their infected group B hemolytic streptococci into observation group with 55 cases （positive group B hemolytic streptococci） and control group with 145 cases （negative group B hemolytic streptococci）. Influence by group B hemolytic streptococci on mother and infant was observed. Results The difference of incidences of abortion, premature birth, premature rupture of membranes, and puerperal infectior~ had statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The difference of neonatal pneumonia and neonatal upper respiratory infection rate between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Antepartum infection of group B hemolytic streptococci has severe threat on maternal and infant health. Therefore, full prevention of group B hemolytic streptococci is necessary, and strict control is essential for detected infection.
