摘要
目的分析微生物检验在医院感染控制中的地位及作用。方法回顾性调查分析2903份医院环境、消毒灭菌效果监测标本的微生物检验结果 ,并对其进行分类统计。结果 2903份微生物检验的各类监测标本,其中发现医护人员手表面菌落总数检测不合格7份;消毒后物品检测不合格3份;各类物体表面检测不合格5份。结论微生物检验在医院感染预防控制工作中起着举足轻重的作用,值得进一步的推广和应用。
Objective To analyze status and effect of microbial inspection in nosocomial infection control. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on microbial inspection outcomes of 2903 hospital environment and sterilization effect samples for classified summary. Results Among the 2903 samples in microbial inspection, there were 7 cases with unqualified total hand bacterial count in medical staff, 3 cases with unqualified item after disinfection, and 5 cases with unqualified various item surface. Conclusion Microbial inspection acts an important role in nosocomial infection prevention and control, and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
