基于微博的网络舆情监测与引导机制探索

微博作为当前信息传播的重要载体，是发布公共信息的开放平台，更是国家和政府部门执政问政重要平台。但是，由于微博内容真实性无法及时考究的缺陷及微博网络传播迅速的特点，极易形成不良网络舆情，甚至造成群体性事件。文中对微博舆情监测的实现方式进行研究，在当前微博舆情引导面临困难的基础上，深入探索微博舆情引导机制。

As an important carrier of information dissemination, microblog is an open platform to publish public information, and it is the important platform of the state and government departments in power. However, due to the authenticity of the micro blog content can not be timely information and the characteristics of the rapid propagation of micro blog network, very easy to form a bad network public opinion, and even cause mass incidents. The paper is to study the implementation of the micro blog public opinion monitoring, in the current micro blog public opinion guidance is faced with the difficulties, to explore the mecha- nism of public opinion guidance.
