摘要
针对一种航天遥感光谱仪定标机构的可靠性测试,设计了一套操作简单、使用方便的控制系统,可以自动驱动定标机构电机进行测试,不但能完整记录次数、电机步数、定标机构温度等关键参数,而且可以识别定标机构的异常状态并中止试验。实践证明该系统可以很好地满足测试要求,且自动化程度高,方便设计人员发现问题并进行改进,提高工作效率。
Aimed at a space remote sensing spectrometercalibrationmechanism reliability test, a control system which can be op- erated easily and used conveniently is designed for automatic test. It can not only save thekeyparameters, such ascycles, motor steps, temperature of the calibrationmechanism and so on, but also can identifythe abnormalstatus and stop the test. Theexperi- mental results show that the system can meetrequirements of the test. The system has the advantage ofhigh automation level, can help thedesigner to find and solve the problems efficiently.
