小剂量普伐他汀与非诺贝特联合治疗混合型高血脂症的临床疗效及安全性探讨

Analysis of clinical efficacy and safety of low-dose pravastatin combined with fenofibrate in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia

目的分析探讨小剂量普伐他汀与非诺贝特联合治疗混合型高血脂症临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月在本院接受高血脂治疗混合型高血脂症患者66例,随机分组,一组为参照组,共33例,使用普伐他汀与非诺贝特进行治疗,非诺贝特的用量为200 mg,每日清晨服用一次,普伐他汀的用量为20 mg,每日晚餐服用一次,而另一组为研究组,共33例,也使用普伐他汀与非诺贝特进行治疗,非诺贝特用量同参照组,普伐他汀的用量为10 mg,每日晚餐服用一次,两组均治疗3个月。观察评价的指标为总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白以及不良反应率。其中计数资料使用χ2检验,计量资料使用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果研究组患者的低密度脂蛋白为(3.10±0.34)mmol/L、甘油三酯为(1.58±0.07)mmol/L、总胆固醇为(4.98±0.45)mmol/L,而参照组患者的低密度脂蛋白为(4.12±0.23)mmol/L、甘油三酯为(2.98±0.67)mmol/L、总胆固醇为(6.31±1.21)mmol/L,研究组各指标均较参照组低,两组对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为24.24%,参照组不良反应发生率为54.55%,研究组的混合型高血脂症患者不良反应情况显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量普伐他汀与非诺贝特联合治疗混合型高血脂症不仅临床疗效好,且安全性高,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the low-dose pravastatin combined with fenofibrate in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia clinical curative effect and safety.Method In our hospital we accepted treatment of high blood lipids from January 2014 to 2015 who admitted to the mixed hyperlipidemia, selected the 66 cases, according to the odd and even of the diagnosis and treatment of the sequence of packets. A group treated with 20 mg of pravastatin（once at night） and fenofibrate treatment（200 mg, once in morning）were reference group, total of 33 cases, and another group treated with 10 mg pravastatin （once at night）and fenofibrate treatment（200 rag,once in morning）were study group, total of 33 cases.They were all treated for 3 months.Observation and evaluation of indicators for the total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, and adverse reaction rate. Measurement data was processed by t test, count data was processed by chi sqare test,the result of P 〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result The low density lipoprotein in the study group was（3.10 ± 0.34） mmol/L,triglyceride was （1.58 ± 0.07） mmol/L, total cholesterol was（4.98 ± 0.45） mmol/L,And the reference group of low density lipoprotein was（4.12 ± 0.23）mmol/L,triglyceride was（2.98 ± 0.67） mmol/L,total cholesterol was（6.31 ± 1.21）mmol/L,in group comparison, the study group was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were significant （all P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction of study group （24.24%）was significantly lower than the reference group （54.55%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion low-dose of pravastatin combined with fenofibrate in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia have good clinical efficacy and high safety. It is worth to promote the use of low-dose of pravastatin combined with fenofibrate in the treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia.
