摘要
自土壤中筛选出44株能够拆分利斯的明的菌株.通过薄层色谱、高效液相及核磁分析发现一株菌种编号为Rnn02的菌株对利斯的明外消旋物的拆分效率最高.通过菌株形态学及18S rRNA基因序列分析确证该菌株为季也蒙毕赤酵母(Meyerozyma guilliermondii).
The screening of 44 strains from soil that could resolute Rivastigmine was conducted. By using TLC,HPLC and NMR analysis methods,a strain numbered Rnn02 was identified,which had the highest resolution efficiency for racemic Rvastigmine. It was identified to be Meyerozyma guilliermondii by morphology and it's 18 S rDNA analysis.
