术前系统护理干预对甲状腺手术患者护理效果的观察

Observation on nursing effect of thyroid gland patient using systemic nursing intervention before operation

目的:探讨术前系统护理干预对甲状腺手术患者护理效果的影响。方法:将甲状腺手术患者88例随机分为研究组和对照组,分别采用术前系统护理干预和常规护理,比较两组患者术前不良情绪、术后疼痛及满意度。结果:研究组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组[(11.7±2.4)分比(15.2±2.9)分,(37.8±9.2)分比(42.8±10.3)分],两组比较P<0.05。研究组疼痛程度轻于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度为97.73%,对照组为72.73%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺手术中应用术前系统护理干预可有效减轻患者术前不良情绪,减轻术后疼痛,提高患者满意度。

Objective：To explore the nursing effect of thyroid gland patient using systemic nursing intervention before operation.Methods：88surgery patients of thyroid gland were randomly divided in to research group and control group.The systemic nursing intervention and routine nursing were carried out in both groups,respectively.Harmful emotion,postoperative pain and satisfactory degree in the two groups were compared.Results：The score of anxious,depress in research group were lower than those of control group,（11.7±2.4）vs（15.2±2.9）and（37.8±9.2）vs（42.8±10.3）（P〈0.05）.The pain degree of research group was lighter than that of control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically signifiant（P〈0.05）.The satisfactory degree in research group was 97.73%,while in control group was 72.73%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using systemic nursing intervention before thyroid gland operation may reduce harmful emotion,post operation pain of patients and improve the satisfactory degree of patients.
