不孕不育症家庭男性成员抑郁焦虑状况及相关因素分析

Analysis on Depression and Anxiety of Male Members in the Family of Infertile Men

目的:探究不孕不育症家庭男性成员抑郁焦虑状况及相关影响因素。方法:以2012年4月-2015年4月本院接诊的不孕不育家庭中的104例男性患者作为本次研究中的观察组。以同时期来本院接受健康检查的104例已育男性作为对照组。采取问卷调查的形式进行本次调查研究。结果:观察组焦虑评分及抑郁评分均与对照组相比均有明显升高(P<0.05)。相关影响因素主要为家庭经济条件、病因方、家庭来源地、受教育程度、治疗时间等。结论:不孕不育家庭男性患者普遍存在焦虑、抑郁情况,临床应重视对焦虑、抑郁情绪相关影响因素的调查分析,以便及时纠正患者的不良心理状态。

Objective To explore the depression anxiety and related factors of males in infertility family. Methods 104 cases of male patients from April 2012 to April 2015 in our hospital was observed in this study group.104 cases in the same period to the hospital for health checks have been infertile males as a control group. Conclusion Patients with infertility male family prevalence of anxiety and depression, the investigation and analysis of clinical attention should be paid to anxiety and depressionrelated factors in order to promptly correct the bad psychological state of the patient.
