应用OCT对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜神经纤维层及黄斑层的厚度的测量研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨光学相干断层扫描(OCT)在糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜神经纤维层及黄斑层厚度测量中的应用。方法:选取本院2014年5月-2015年5月收治的60例糖尿病患者的120眼进行研究,其中30例为无视网膜病变组(NDR),30例为非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组(NPDR);选取30例正常人60眼作为对照组。使用光学相干断层成相来测量视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)和黄斑层的厚度。结果:NDR组与正常组相比下象限RNFL变薄(P<0.05),其它部位,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NDR、NRDR和对照组比较RNFL厚度均下降,NPDR组相比NDR组黄斑部视网膜厚度增加(P<0.05)。结论:OTC可以准确的观察到RNFL厚度逐渐降低和黄斑部视网膜厚度逐渐增加的过程。
