高频电剪在会阴侧剪中的应用

The Application of High Frequency Electric Cutting in Perineum Side Cut

目的:探究在会阴侧剪中高频电剪的临床应用。方法:选取2014年1月-2014年12月在本院分娩的产妇120例,按照随机分组原则将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组产妇分娩过程中进行常规的会阴侧切,观察组产妇则采用高频电剪进行会阴侧剪,对比两组产妇的出血量、侧剪时间、疼痛度以及伤口愈合时间、产妇的满意度。结果:数据显示观察组产妇的出血量、侧剪时间、疼痛度以及伤口愈合时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组产妇的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在会阴侧剪中采用高频电剪能够显著改善产妇的手术相关指征,同时提升产妇的满意度。

Objective To explore the perineum side situation of the clinical application of high frequency electric cutting shears. Methods： 120 cases in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2014 were chosen and divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine episiotomy, while the observation group was given high frequency electric cutting perineum side cutting. Two groups＇ maternal blood loss, side cut time, pain degree and wound healing time and maternal satisfaction were compared. Results： Observation group＇s maternal blood loss, side cut time, degree of pain and wound healing time were significantly lower than the control group, showed significant difference（P〈0.05）, maternal satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： High frequency electric cutting in the perineum side cut can significantly improve maternal indications related to the operation, improve maternal satisfaction at the same time, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
