胺碘酮治疗冠心病快速心律失常临床疗效观察

Effect and Prognosis of Comprehensive Intervention on Hypertension in Young People

目的:探讨胺碘酮治疗冠心病快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年1月于本院进行治疗的冠心病快速心律失常患者120例,所有患者均给予胺碘酮治疗,观察应用胺碘酮治疗冠心病快速心律失常的临床治疗效果。结果:胺碘酮治疗室性期前收缩、阵发性房颤等快速心律失常,其总有效率明显高于其他类型快速心律失常(P<0.05)。结论:临床上应用胺碘酮进行治疗冠心病快速心律失常,具有良好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia. Methods 120 coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia from 2012 January to 2013 January in our hospital were given amiodarone treatment, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total efficiency for amiodarone to treat room premature atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease arrhythmia, was significantly higher than other types, showed statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment with amiodarone in emergency coronary heart disease with arrhythmia, has good curative effect, worthy of extensive application.
