摘要
为实现高速精密整流,针对经典精密整流电路工作在高频产生信号波形畸变的现象,通过原理分析,从波形畸变的本质出发,提出了双路、平衡两种改进思路。通过大量电路仿真试验,验证了两种电路的有效性,并探讨了两种改进精密整流电路的特性和最高工作频率。
To solve the problem of high-speed precise rectifier technique, the principle of classical precise rectifies circuit is introduced, and the reason of aberration signal is analyzed when classical precise rectifies circuit is used in high-speed circuit. Double-circuits and bal- ance-circuits are put forward to solve this problem. Lots of simulations of those circuits by using PSPICE are proved that those circuits are effectual, and the frequency capability of those high-speed precise rectifier circuits are further explored deeply by using PSPICE simu- lation.
