摘要
对当前水果价格走势特点、进出口等情况进行分析。2015年1—8月,中国水果整体价格同比显著下降,不同品种间变化有所差异;后期随着秋冬水果早中熟品种逐渐大量上市,而夏季时令水果渐趋淡出,水果整体价格预计稳中有升。2015年1—7月,中国水果及其制品总出口同比缩减,鲜果出口量减价增,水果及其制品总进口显著扩大。后期由于中国出口优势水果苹果、柑橘、梨等的市场供给增加,而其他部分产区减产,水果出口有望扩大;随着国内对进口水果需求的不断增长,预计水果进口也将增加。
In this paper,the current fruit price characteristics,import and export situation were analyzed.In Jan-Aug of 2015,the whole price of fruits reduced obviously compared with the same period of last year,while the price changed differently in different varieties of fruits.With the early-mid-maturing variety of autumn and winter fruits entering into the market,it is expected that the whole fruit price will rise slightly because summer seasonal fruits are fading out the market.In Jan-Jul of 2015,the general exports of China＇s fruit and its products reduced year on year,as for fresh fruits,the volume reduced and the price rose,and the general imports of fruit and its products increased significantly.Looking forward to the future,due to the increasing market supply of advantage exported fruits,such as apple,orange and pear,and decreasing production of rest areas,the exports of fruits will increase;with increasing domestic demand for imported fruit,the imports of fruits will also increase.
