生猪全产业链监测统计的问题、必要性及可行性——基于上海、河南的生猪产销调研

Problems,Necessity and Feasibility of the Whole Industry Chain Monitoring Statistics of Pig Industry——Based on the Survey on Production and Marketing of Pig in Shanghai and Henan

在对上海、河南调研的基础上,描述了中国生猪产业发展现状,指出了中国现行生猪监测统计中存在的问题,并进一步分析了建立生猪全产业链监测统计的必要性及可行性。分析得出,中国生猪产业总体运行平稳,但未来面临的不确定性不断扩大;全面、准确、公开的数据是市场微观运行和政府宏观调控的重要支撑,是保障生猪产业平稳发展的坚实基础;中国现行的生猪产业监测统计存在着数据不全面、不准确、不及时、难共享等问题,迫切需要建立包含产前、产中和产后的全产业链数据监测统计制度。

Based on the research of Shanghai and Henan, the authors described the status quo of China＇s pig industry development, pointed out the problems existed in current pig monitoring statistics of China, and further analyzed the necessity and feasibility of establishing the pig industry chain monitoring statistics. The analysis showed that： on the whole, China＇s pig industry operated smoothly, but facing growing uncertainty in the future; the comprehensive, accurate and publicly available data supported the micro market operation and government＇s macro regulation, and it was the solid foundation for the stable development of pig industry; there were still some problems for China＇s current pig industry monitoring statistics, for example, the data was not comprehensive, inaccurate, not timely and hard to share. So there is an urgent need to establish a whole industry chain data monitoring statistical system containing prenatal, delivery and postnatal link.
