我国对外贸易中隐含SO_2测算与分析

Calculation and Analysis of SO_2 Implied in China's Foreign Trade

采用投入产出法，利用国家统计局2007年发表的非竞争型投入产出表，结合2004~2012年《中国环境统计年鉴》、《中国工业经济统计年鉴》、《中国海关统计年鉴》等相关数据，测算2003-011年中国进出口贸易中隐含SOs含量。结果表明：我国对外贸易对环境产生负面影响，形成消费在国外，SO2排放、环境污染在国内的情形；在规模效应和技术效应的双重作用下，2003-2011年间，我国对外贸易隐含SO：净含量呈现先增后减的趋势；在我国对外贸易过程中，现行的贸易结构并没有持续地起到积极作用。

In this study, by use of the non-competitive input-output tables issued by the State Statistic Bureau in 2007, the input-output method was adopted to calculate the content of SO2 implied in China＇s foreign trade from 2003 to 2011 with regard to the relevant data in China Statistics Yearbook on Environment （2004-2012）, China Industrial Economy Statistics Yearbook （2004- 2012） and China Customs Statistics Yearbook （2004-2012）. The results showed that the foreign trade had a negative impact on China＇s environment in the way of external consumption but internal SOs emission and environmental pollution. Under the dual functions of scale effect and technical effect, the net content of SO2 implied in the foreign trade increased first but then dropped from the year of 2003 to 2011. During the course of China＇s foreign trade, the existing trade structure did not play a positive role constantly.
