卢秉久教授认为黄疸复杂多变,主要是湿、热、寒、瘀,多种病因交结。治疗主利小便、通大便、发汗、温化寒湿、活血化瘀等。"临证用药,贵在辨证准确,选方用药时,不可拘泥于一方一证,要根据病情随证加减",以仲景经方为基础,化裁运用,灵活加减。治疗黄疸病以"祛湿之法,在表者汗之,在下在里者二便分消之"为基础,随证应用活血之法;清泄瘀热,下利退黄,茵陈蒿汤、栀子柏皮汤、茵陈五苓散主之;清热利湿,发汗退黄,桂枝加黄芪汤、麻黄连翘赤小豆汤主之;温阳健脾,化湿退黄,茵陈术附汤主之。时刻注意调护脾胃,保持气机调畅,收效甚佳。
