补中益气汤治疗窦性心动过缓随机平行对照研究

Buzhong Yiqitang Combined with Western Medicine Sinus Bradycardia Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察补中益气汤治疗窦性心动过缓疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将54例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组27例每天测量一次血压,密切观察脉搏、心率、心律、尿量等,每周2次心电图检查。阿托品,0.6g/次,3次/d;阿司匹林,5mg/次,1次/d;辛伐他汀,20mg/次,1次/d;高血压加苯磺酸氨氯地平,5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组27例补中益气汤(党参炒、白术炒、当归各10g,陈皮6g,黄芪30g,升麻、柴胡各6g;眩晕、心悸、胸闷缓解,无口渴感,加大尾5g,香附制、川芎各10g;服用5剂后症状均改善加红花、桃仁各10g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服,150m L/次。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率92.59%。对照组显效11例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率70.37%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补中益气汤治疗窦性心动过缓疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Buzhongyiqitang sinus bradycardia combined with western medicine treatment.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,54 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.27 cases in the control group blood pressure measured once a day,close observation of the pulse,heart rate,heart rate,urine output,ECG twice a week.Atropine,0.6g/time,3 times/d;aspirin,5mg/time,1 time/d;simvastatin,20mg/times,1 times/d;hypertension plus amlodipine besylate,5mg/times,1 times/d.The treatment group 27 cases Buzhongyiqitang（Dangshen,Baizhu,Danggui 10 g,Chenpi 6g,Huangqi 30 g,Shengma,Chaihu 6g,;dizziness,palpitations,chest tightness eased,no thirst,increased Dawei 5g,Xiangfu,Chuanxiong 10 g,;the symptoms were improved plus Honghua,Taoren 10 g,1 ji/d,decoction 300 m L,sooner or later,oral,150 m L/times,a total of fifteen）.Western medicine with the control group.28 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 16 cases,effective in 9 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 92.59%.In the control group,11 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency 70.37%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Buzhongyiqitang sinus bradycardia combined with Western medicine treatment results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
