清肺化痰汤治疗肺炎随机平行对照研究

Qingfei Huatansoup Treatment Pneumonia Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察清肺化痰汤治疗肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将118例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组59例阿奇霉素0.5g+5%250m L葡萄糖,1次/d,静滴。治疗组59例清肺化痰汤(甘草5g,白前16g,紫菀炙12g,当归、桃仁、桑白皮、鱼腥草各15g,麦冬、黄岑、芦根各30g;风寒束肺加薄荷、防风;邪入气分加金银花、生石膏、知母;肺病移热大肠加玄明粉、瓜蒌仁、生大黄),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肺部啰音、咳嗽、气喘、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈41例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率93.22%。对照组痊愈24例,有效13例,无效22例,总有效率62.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。肺部啰音、咳嗽、气喘痊愈时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]清肺化痰汤治疗肺炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of treatment of pneumonia soup Qingfei phlegm.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,118 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 59 patients with azithromycin 0.5g ＋ 25 m L 5% glucose,1 times/d,intravenous infusion.The treatment group 59 cases Qingfeihuatan soup（Gancao 5g,Baiqian 16 g,Ziyuan 12 g,Danggui,Taoren,Sangbaipi,Yuxingcao 15 g,Maidong,Huangqin,Lugen 30g;lung plus cold Bohe,Fangfeng;evil into the gas separation plus Jinyinhua,Shengshigao,Zhimu;lung HEAT colon plus Xuanmingpowder,Gualoure n,Dahuang）,a/d,decoction 400 m L,sooner or later,oral,200 m L/times.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,pulmonary rales,coughing,wheezing,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 41 cases,effective in 14 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 93.22%.The control group recovered 24 cases,effective in 13 cases,22 cases,the total efficiency of 62.71%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.01）.Pulmonary rales, cough, asthma, the recovery time of the treatment group than the control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Qingfeihuatan Treated Pneumonia satisfaction,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
