参苓白术散联合血液透析治疗桂东南地区肾性贫血随机平行对照研究

The Randomized Controlled Study of Shenling Baishusan combined with Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Renal Anemia in Southeast Guangxi

[目的]观察参苓白术散联合血液透析治疗桂东南地区肾性贫血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例常规补充重组人促红素注射液、叶酸、铁剂等,控制血压,防止感染等。治疗组30例参苓白术散,党参、茯苓、白术、山药各15g,白扁豆12g,莲子、薏苡仁各9g,砂仁、桔梗各6g,甘草9g,1剂/d,温开水100m L冲服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、血常规、肌酐(Scr)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、症状改善积分、不良反应。连续治疗3个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效14例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。头晕改善积分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01),困倦乏力、面色萎黄、血常规两组无明显差别(P>0.05)。[结论]参苓白术散可作为治疗桂东南地区肾性贫血尿辅助治疗手段,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of shenlingbaizhusan combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of renal anemia in Southeast guangxi.[Method]To The Randomized controlled study,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.Blood pressure of 30 patients in the control group routine supplement recombinant human erythropoietin injection,folic acid,iron,control,prevent infection.30 cases were treated with shenlingbaizhusan.dangshen.fuling.baishu.shanyao are all 15 g,baibiandou 12 g,lianzi.yiyiren are all 9g,sharen.jiegeng are all 6g,gancao 9g,one agent everyday,warm boiling water 100 m L.Western medicine treatment with control group.Continuous treatment for 6 months for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,Routine blood test,Serum creatinine.Hemoglobin.Red blood cell.Symptom improvement score.Adverse reactions And so on.Continuous treatment for 3 courses,Judging curative effect.[Result]16 cases were markedly effective in treatment group,Effective 12 cases,Invalid 2 cases Total effective rate 93.33%.In the control group,14 cases were markedly effective,Effective 13 cases,Invalid 3 cases,Total effective rate 90%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control（P0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of dizziness（P0.01）,fatigue.A pale complexion,Routine blood test,there is no obvious difference between the two groups（P0.05）.[Conclusion]As the treating renal anemia urine adjuvant therapy southeastern of Guangxi,No serious adverse reactions,Worthy of promotion.
