四味宁心胶囊联合倍他司汀治疗眩晕随机平行对照研究

Dizziness Randomized Controlled Study Four Flavor Ning Capsule Joint Betahistinet Treatment

[目的]观察四味宁心胶囊联合倍他司汀治疗眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将128例住院患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组64例倍他司汀,20m L+250m L生理盐水,静滴,1次/d。治疗组64例四味宁心胶囊(陕西中医药大学第二附属医院院内制剂,0.4g/粒),4粒/次,3次/d,口服,倍他司汀治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液流变学、住院时间、颅内两侧椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈19例,显效18例,有效21例,无效6例,总有效率90.63%。对照组痊愈15例,显效16例,有效18例,无效15例,总有效率76.56%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血液流变学、住院时间、颅内两侧椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度指标两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]四味宁心胶囊联合倍他司汀治疗眩晕,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the four taste Ning Capsule joint betahistine treatment of vertigo.[Method]Randomized,parallel controlled method,128 inpatients treatment order numbering simple random into two groups.The control group 64 cases betahistine,20 m L＋250m L saline infusion,1 times/d.The treatment group 64 cases four flavor Ning Capsule（Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Second Affiliated Hospital,hospital preparation,0.4g /tablets）,4 Li/times,3 times/d,orally,betahistine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment for two weeks for a course.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood rheology,hospitalization,intracran ial vertebral arteries on both sides of the basilar artery blood flow velocity and adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Result]Clinical cure in 19 cases,18 cases markedly effective,21 cases effective,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90.63%.The control group cured 15 cases,16 cases markedly effective,18 cases effective,15 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 76.56%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.Rheology,hospitalization,intracranial both sides of the vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity indicators improved in both groups（P0.05,P0.01）,treatment group was better than that in the control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Four flavor Ning Capsule joint betahistine treatment of vertigo,satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,should be promoted.
