宁心汤联合西药治疗顽固性心血管神经官能症随机平行对照研究

Ning Xin Tang combined with Western Medicine Treatment Intractable Cardiovascular Neurosis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察宁心汤联合西药治疗顽固性心血管神经官能症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例住院及门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组28例心得安,10mg/次,2次/d,口服;安定片,2.5mg/次,睡前口服;谷维素,30mg/次,2次/d。治疗组28例宁心汤(黄芪、太子参、柴胡各15g,麦冬、三七各10g,丹参15g,酸枣仁、元胡、郁金、远志、柏子仁、黄芩、枳壳各10g,黄连3g,甘草5g,白芍1g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服,150m L/次。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率96.43%。对照组痊愈11例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率71.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]宁心汤联合西药治疗顽固性心血管神经官能症疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]View Chaning Xin Tang combined with Western treatment of refractory cardiovascular neurosis efficacy.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method 56 cases of inpatient and outpatient law by simple dice randomly divided into two groups.Propranolol 28 cases in the control group,10mg/times,2 times/d,orally;diazepam tablets,2.5mg/times,orally at bedtime;oryzanol,30mg/times,2 times/d.Treatment group,28 patients Ning Xin Tang（Huangqi,Taizishen,Chaihu 15 g,Maidong,Sanqi 10 g,Danshen 15 g,Suanzaor en,Yuanhu,Yujin,Yuanzhi,Boziren,Huangqin,Zhike 10 g,Huanglian 3g,Gancao 5g,Baishao 1g）,1/d,decoction 300 m L,sooner or later,oral,150 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom scores,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 17 cases,effective 10 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the total efficiency of 96.43%.The control group recovered 11 cases,effective in 9 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 71.43%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P0.01）,treatment group was better than that in the control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Ning Xin Tang combined with Western medicine treatment of refractory cardiovascular neurosis results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
