黄芪护肝饮联合西药治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎随机平行对照研究

Huangqi Huganyin combined with Western Medicine Treatment Chronic Viral Hepatitis B Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察黄芪护肝饮联合西药治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例维生素C,100mg/次,3次/d;葡醛内酯,100mg/次,3次/d;肌苷,0.4g/次,3次/d;阿德福韦酯,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组50例黄芪护肝饮（黄芪、白术、丹参各400g,川芎120g,何首乌、麦芽、茵陈各400g,柴胡、青皮各240g,半枝莲400g,板蓝根800g,败酱草、茯苓各400g,贯众600g,排钱草根、鸡内金各400g,沙菀子600g,紫草480g,茜草400g）,委托广州市康源药业有限公司,制成1000袋中药颗粒,3.5g/包;3.5~7g/次,3次/d,早中晚冲服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、乙型病毒基因、T细胞亚群（CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋）、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,显效12例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。对照组痊愈13例,显效8例,有效19例,无效10例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。乙型病毒基因两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。T细胞亚群两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]黄芪护肝饮联合西药治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the liver drink combined with western medicine astragalus chronic viral hepatitis B patients.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,100 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in the control group vitamin C,100mg/time,3 times/d;glucuronolactone,100mg/time,3 times/d;inosine,0.4g/time,3 times/d;adefovir,10mg/times,1 times/d.Astragalus treatmentgroup of 50 patients liver drink（Huangqi 400 g,Baizhu 400 g,Danshen 400 g,Chuanxiong 120 g,Heshouwu,Maiya,Yinchen 400 g,Chaihu,Qingpi each 240 g,banzhilian 400 g,Banlangen 800 g,Baijiangcao,Fuling Each 400 g,Guanzhong 600 g,Paiqiancaogen 400 g,Jineijin 400 g,Shawanzi 600 g,Zicao 480 g,Qiancao 400g）,commissioned by the Guangzhou City Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,1000 bags made of Chinese medicine granules,3.5g/package;3.5~7 g/time,3 times/d,early in the evening blunt.Western medicine with the control group.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,hepatitis B virus genes,T cell subsets（CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋）,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 21 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 94.00%.The control group recovered 13 cases,8 cases were markedly effective in 19 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.Hepatitis B virus gene in both groups improved（P0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P0.05）.T cell subsets were improved in both groups（P0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P0.05）.[Conclusions]Astragalus drink Liver toxicity combined with western medicine treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients satisfaction,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
