瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Gualouxiebai Banxiasoup combined with Western Treatment Angina Pectoris Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例阿司匹林,100mg/次,晚上口服;阿托伐他汀,20mg/次,1次/d;单硝酸异山梨酯,30mg/次,1次/d;依据情况使用β受体阻滞剂和血管转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素受体阻断剂(ARB)。治疗组35例瓜蒌薤白半夏汤(全瓜萎、枳壳、薤白各15g,法半夏、降香、川芎、丹参、赤芍、红花、茯苓各10g;胸闷严重增枳壳至25g,加川厚朴10g;出汗多加桂枝6g;阳气虚脱加黄芪10g;刺痛明显加乳香、没药各10g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚温服,150m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图ST段、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]心绞痛疗效:治疗组显效16例,有效15例,无效4例,总有效率88.57%。对照组显效11例,有效12例,无效12例,总有效率65.71%。心电图疗效:治疗组显效13例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率80.00%。对照组显效8例,有效12例,无效15例,总有效率57.14%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Gualouxiebai white Decoction combined with western medicine Angina.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,70 outpatients press craps method is simple randomized into two groups.The control group of 35 patients with aspirin,100mg/times,in the evening orally;atorvastatin,20mg/time,1 time/d;imdur more,30mg/times,1 times/d;depending on the situation and the use of β-blockers vascular converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI） or angiotensin receptor blocker（ARB）.The treatment group 35 cases Gualou Xiebai soup（Quangualou,Zhike,Xiebai the 15 g,Fabanxia,Jiangxiang,Chuanxiong,Danshen,Chishao,Honghu a,Fuling 10g;severe chest aurantium increased to 25 g,Chuanhoupu 10g;sweating pay more Guizhi 6g;yang collapse Huangqi 10g;tingling obvious plus Ruxiang,Meiyao 10g）,1 ji/d,decoction 300 m L,sooner or later,warm clothes,150 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.28 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,electrocardiographic ST segment,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]angina pectoris： The treatment group 16 cases markedly effective in 15 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 88.57%.In the control group,11 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 65.71%.ECG efficacy： treatment group 13 cases,effective 15 cases,ineffective in 7 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.Group 8 cases were markedly effective in 12 cases,15 cases,the total efficiency of 57.14%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Gualouxiebai Banxia Decoction Combined with Western treatment of angina pectoris results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
