柴胡桂枝汤联合西替利嗪治疗过敏性鼻炎随机平行对照研究

Chaihu Guizhisoup Joint Cetirizine Treatment Allergic Rhinitis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察柴胡桂枝汤联合西替利嗪治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例西替利嗪,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组40例柴胡桂枝汤(桂枝、黄芩、人参、芍药、生姜各9g,甘草6g,半夏15g,大枣6颗,柴胡15g),1剂/d,成人水煎400m L,儿童150m L,早晚口服,成人200m L/次,儿童75m L/次。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、lg E含量、症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效22例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效13例,有效19例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。相关指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡桂枝汤联合西替利嗪治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the decoction Chaihu Guizhi joint cetirizine treatment of allergic rhinitis.[Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,80 outpatients press craps method is simple randomized into two groups.The control group of 40 patients cetirizine,10mg/times,1 times/d.Treatment group,40 patients Chaihuguizhi soup（Guizhi,Huangqin,Renshen,Shaoyao,Shengjiang 9g,Gancao 6g,Banxia 15 g,Dazao 6,Chaihu 15g）,1 ji/d,adult decoction 400 m L,150 m L children,sooner or later,oral,adult 200 m L/times,children 75 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.10 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,lg E content,symptom scores,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 16 cases,effective 22 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.00%.The control group 13 cases markedly effective in 19 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.Related indicators improved in both groups（P0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Chaihuguizhi soup joint cetirizine treatment satisfaction allergic rhinitis,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
