辨证分型联合西药治疗消化性溃疡随机平行对照研究

Syndromes combined with Western Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将114例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。忌食生冷、油腻、辛辣、腥味的食物,按时休息和进餐。对照组57例奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d;克拉霉素,0.25g/次,2次/d;阿莫西林,0.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组57例辨证分型,肝胃不和,疏肝和胃(柴胡、陈皮、半夏制、元胡各9g,枳实6g,白芍12g、乌贼骨18g,生甘草6g);脾胃湿热,清热化湿(黄连6g,姜半夏、白术、木香、陈皮、佩兰各9g,土茯苓15g,桃仁6g);气滞血瘀,祛瘀止痛(蒲黄、赤芍、元胡、川楝子、乌贼骨15g,侧柏叶12g,三七分二次冲服3g,生甘草6g);脾胃虚寒,温胃健脾(黄芪炙、茯苓各15g,桂枝、干姜、甘草炙、元胡、金铃子、吴茱萸各9g,白芍、白术各12g,大枣四枚);1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈31例,有效24例,无效2例,总有效率96.49%。对照组痊愈23例,有效25例,无效9例,总有效率84.21%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe syndromes combined with western treatment of peptic ulcer.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,114 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Eat cold,greasy,spicy smell of food,time to rest and eat.Omeprazole 57 cases in the control group,20mg/times,2 times/d.Clarithromycin,0.25g/times,2 times/d;amoxicillin,0.5g/time,3 times/d.The treatment group 57 cases Syndromes,disharmony of liver and liver and stomach（Chaihu,Chenpi,Banxiazhi,Yuanhu each 9g,Zhishi 6g,Baishao 12 g,Wuzeigu 18 g,Shenggancao 6g）;stomach heat,heat dampness（Huanglian 6g,Jian gbanxia,Baizhu,Muxiang,Chenpi,Peilan 9g,Tufuling 15 g,Taoren 6g）;blood stasis,stasis and relieve pain（Puhua ng,Chishao,Yuanhu,Chuanjiezi,Wuzeigu 15 g,Cebaiye 12 g,Sanqi 3g,Shenggancao 6g）;spleen and stomach,warm the stomach and spleen（Huangqi,Fuling 15 g,Guizhi,Ganjiang,Gancao,Yuanhu,Jinlingzi,Wuzhuyu each 9g,Baishao,Baizhu 12 g,Dazao four）;1/d,decoction 400 m L,sooner or later,oral,200 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group cured 31 cases,effective 24 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.49%.The control group recovered 23 cases,effective 25 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 84.21%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Syndromes Combined with Western peptic ulcer treatment satisfaction,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
