参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗室性期前收缩随机平行对照研究

Shensong Yangxin Capsule Ventricular Contraction Before Treatment with Metoprolol Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗室性期前收缩疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例美托洛尔,50mg/次,1次/d,用药1周后加量至100mg/次,单日最大剂量<100mg。治疗组60例参松养心胶囊,1.6g/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床疗效、室性早搏发作频率、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效11例,有效45例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效9例,有效42例,无效9例,总有效率85.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗室性期前收缩疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Shensongyangxin capsule contraction effect before treatment with metoprolol ventricular.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,120 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group 60 cases metoprolol,50mg/times,1 times/d,after treatment one week increase the amount to 100mg/time,single-day maximum dose100mg.Treatment group,60 patients Shensongyangxin capsule,1.6g/time,3 times/d.Western medicine with the control group.28 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observing clinical efficacy,premature ventricular contractions seizure frequency of adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 11 cases,effective 45 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%.Group 9 cases,effective 42 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 85.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Shensongyangxin capsule with metoprolol treatment of ventricular contraction effect of satisfaction before,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
