清肝方对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清GGT影响随机平行对照研究

Effect of Qinggan Recipe on Serum GGT in Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Rats Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观测清肝方对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清GGT影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,30只大鼠喂养3d,称重后使用随机数字表法分为3组,空白组、模型组、药物组,10只/组。空白组普通标准饲料喂养,模型组、药物组高脂饲料喂养,自由饮水,7周后即可得NAFLD动物模型。药物组:3m L/d,清肝方水煎剂;空白组与模型组:3m L/d,生理盐水。各组喂养12周(药物干预5周),水合氯醛麻醉,腹主动脉取血3m L。观测体重、肝指数、血液谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、肝脏组织。[结果]实验过程中空白组死亡2只,模型组与药物组各死亡1只。体重药物组、模型组均高于空白组(P<0.05,P<0.01),药物组低于模型组(P<0.01);肝指数模型组高于空白组、药物组(P<0.05),药物组与空白组间无明显差异(P>0.05);血清GGT药物组、模型组均高于空白组(P<0.05,P<0.01),药物组低于模型组(P<0.01)。[结论]清肝方可通过抑制肝脏炎症反应和减少肝细胞损伤,减少血清GGT含量,为临床治疗非酒精性脂肪肝提供理论依据。

[Objective]Qingganfang observation on serum GGT in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver.[Methods]30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups： the blank group,the model group,the drug group,the drug group,and the medicine group,10 rats were randomly divided into groups.Blank common group fed with standard diet,model group,drug group daily high-fat diet feeding,free drinking water,after 7 weeks can be NAFLD animal model.Drug group： 3m L/d,Qinggan Decoction;control group and model group： 3m L/d,ns.After 12 weeks of feeding,the animals were treated for 5 weeks.Anesthesia of hydrate hydrate,take abdominal aortic blood about 3m L.Observation of body weight,liver index,blood GGT,and liver histology.[Results]In the experimental process,the blank group was 2,the model group and the Medicine group were 1,the initial weight（140＋10）g,there was no significant difference among the groups（P0.05）.The body weight and the model group were significantly higher than the blank group（P0.05,P0.01）,the drug group was lower than the model group（P0.01）.Drug group and model group were better than the blank group（P0.05,P0.01）,and the drug group was lower than that of model group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Qinggan formular can by inhibiting the inflammation of the liver and reduce the injury of liver cells,reduce the content of serum GGT for clinical treatment of non alcoholic fatty liver to provide theoretical basis.
