摘要
子宫肌瘤治疗在于缩小瘤体,改善临床症状,提高生活质量。B型超声、超声造影、磁共振及子宫输卵管造影检出率较高,均具有一定适应性和局限性,灵活选用适当的诊疗方法,可显著提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间。西医治疗药物及手术,中医药治疗中药内服、中药灌肠、针灸等多种手段。
Uterine fibroid treatment is to shrink tumors,improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life.Type B ultrasonography,ultrasound imaging,magnetic resonance（NMR） and uterus oviduct imaging detection rate is higher,has certain adaptability and limitation,flexible method to choose the appropriate diagnosis and treatment,can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,shorten the treatment time.Western medicine therapy and surgery,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine,Chinese medicine enema of Chinese medicine,acupuncture,and other means.
