摘要
单溢流塔是最常用的板式塔。对于单溢流板式塔中部来说,流体的流动路径、进料口上、下塔盘位置关系、导流方式、进料分配器型式、进料组成等都会影响到管口的布置。而塔内件型式及尺寸和管口布置是互相影响的,通过合理地改变塔内件型式及尺寸,可以更合理地确定管口方位,从而更好地满足工艺、检维修及外部配管的需要。
Single-overflow tray tower is the most common tray tower.For the middle section of a single-overflow tray tower,the flow path of the fluid,the relationship between the upper and lower trays of the inlet nozzle,diversion mode,feed distributor type and feed composition will affect the nozzle layout.However,the internals type and size and nozzle layout will affect one another.By changing the internals type and size reasonably,the orientation of the nozzle can be determined more reasonably so as to better meet the requirements of process,maintenance and inspection and external piping.
