摘要
Waters法是目前国际上最为流行的法兰设计方法。长期工程应用经验表明,该方法是成熟可靠的,一般情况下,用该方法设计的非标法兰,无需对螺栓安装载荷做特别规定。但对于一些密封要求很高的设备,如高压临氢环境,为满足密封性要求,有时需要增大螺栓预紧载荷。为了保证操作的安全性,工程界迫切的需要一种确定法兰最大螺栓安装载荷的方法。在国外资料基础上提出了一种综合考虑螺栓屈服强度、垫片应力及法兰偏转角等的更为合理的法兰最大螺栓安装载荷的确定方法。
Waters method is one of the most prevalent methods to design flange.Long-term engineering experiences indicate that this method is mature and reliable.Generally,there is no need to specify the assembly bolt load if this method is adopted to design non-standard flanges.However,for some equipment with higher requirements for sealing such as the equipment in service under high pressure and hydrogen environment,the assembly bolt load needs to be increased sometimes.In order to ensure the safety in operation,there is an urgent need for a calculation method to determine the maximum assembly bolt load in engineering field.On the basis of relevant foreign documents,this paper presents a more reasonable method to determine the maximum assembly bolt load of flanges with the bolt yielding strength,gasket stress and flange rotation angle being taken into comprehensive consideration.
