摘要
某连续重整装置预加氢循环氢压缩机组在投产不到2年的时间里连续发生3次活塞杆断裂事故,而且断裂部位完全相同。首先对压缩机解体进行检查,主要对活塞杆本身进行全面检验,通过各种理化分析,得到了初步结论:由于加热孔末端的变径拐角处存在严重的应力集中,导致活塞杆发生早期疲劳破坏。又从压缩体总体运行状况、工艺条件等诸多要素入手,分析外界因素对活塞组件运动带来的影响,最终找出了造成活塞杆断裂的多方面原因。针对这些原因,采取了有针对性的解决措施,实际运转效果良好。
The piston rod of a recycle hydrogencompressor in certain continuous catalytic reforming unit has fractured for three times within two years after its commissioning and the fracture occurred at exactly the same position.First,the compressor was taken apart and examined,mainly a comprehensive examination for the piston rod.Through various physicochemical analyses,this paper came to the preliminary conclusion:early fatigue failure occurred to the piston rod because there was serious stress concentration at the corner of the variable diameter at the end of the heating hole.The paper then analyzed the influence of external factors such as overall operating situation of the compressor,process conditions and so forth on the piston motion.Finally,the fracture causes of the piston rod were obtained.Aiming at these causes,a series of targeted measures were taken and good results were received from the practical operation.
