摘要
加热炉钢结构中壁板在其平面内有一定刚度,提高了钢柱稳定承载力,然而难以用现有规范的计算方法来确定其在壁板平面内的计算长度系数。文章对某实际工程加热炉两端榀框架结构分别建立了带壁板和纯框架的有限元模型进行分析,通过计算得到了框架柱的计算长度系数和结构的侧倾刚度,并建议在石化加热炉钢结构设计中,应考虑壁板对框架柱稳定承载力的有利作用,带壁板框架柱的壁板平面内的计算长度宜采用规范中无侧移框架柱的计算长度取值方法,且认为较为安全。
Wall panel in furnace steel structures provides certain stiffness in its own plane,thus improving the stable bearing capacity of the steel column.However,it's difficult to decide the inplane effective length factor of the frame column according to the current codes.In this paper,two-edge pin framework of the furnace steel structure is established with the finite element model.Through calculation,the effective length factor and the roll stiffness of frame column are obtained.It is suggested that the beneficial effects of wall panel on the stability bearing capacity of frame column shall be considered in designing furnace steel structure;and it is still relatively safe to adopt the calculation value of frame column without side-sway according to the codes for the in-plane effective length of frame column.
