摘要 加热炉是炼化行业的重要设备,加热炉热效率将直接影响装置的生产成本。为了全面、及时、直观地掌握加热炉炉膛及燃烧器的各种工况,确保加热炉可靠经济安全平稳运行,在加热炉上设计安装了不同于普通监控摄像机的内窥式高温摄像机。它的正确合理设计和安装对掌握炉膛内的各种工况和指导加热炉燃烧操作至关重要。在概述了系统构成及工作过程的基础上,对内窥式高温摄像机的现场设计和安装进行了全面的阐述,为设计人员设计同类设备提供了参考。 Furnace is important equipment in petrochemical industry and the thermal efficiency of furnace will affect the production cost of the device directly.In order to grasp various working conditions of furnace fire box and burner comprehensively,timely and intuitively to ensure the safe,reliable and economic operation of the furnace,endoscopic high-temperature video camera different from ordinary monitoring camera device is designed to be installed in the furnace.The correct and proper design and installation of such camera is vital for grasping various working conditions inside the furnace fire box and guiding combustion operation of the furnace.Based on the overview of system structure and working process,this paper elaborates on the site design and installation of endoscopic high-temperature video camera,which provides re-ference for the design of similar equipment by designers.
