射频消融二尖瓣环起源室性心动过速合并右冠状动脉左心室瘘一例
摘要
流行病学资料表明，起源于二尖瓣环（MA）的室性心动过速（VT）及右冠状动脉左心室瘘在临床上发病率均较低，迄今国内外有关MAVT合并右冠状动脉左心室瘘的报道鲜见。目前对于MAVT及右冠状动脉左心室瘘的临床特征、治疗方法尚缺乏足够认识。郑州大学人民医院心内科诊断1例MAVT及右冠状动脉左心室瘘患者，经导管射频消融效果良好，报道如下。
