摘要
引言近两年雕塑界诸君对3D打印和数字雕塑大加议论,有的热情、有的不屑、有的畏惧。其中大多数议论是对数字雕塑技术的猜想,再以猜想为基础得出结论。我本人从事数字建模技术研究和教学已有10年有余,想以我在数字建模和数字雕塑方面的经验,为雕塑界诸君介绍数字软件做雕塑的过程和方式,展示数字雕塑技术的特点和新可能性。目的是将数字雕塑软件技术的真容带给雕塑界诸君,以解开诸位心中的疑问。
Based on the author’s more than 10 years digital modeling experience, this paper indicates a kind of discussion in relation to the comparison and differentiation about digital sculpture creation as well as traditional sculpture creation, aims to figure out the real essential value about digital sculpture, that is to say, the new possibilities about sculptural language. This paper also contains exploration about characteristics of digital sculpture materials and digital sculpture tools,then draw a conclusion about two categories and nine expressive languages,for the sake of offering references for others.
