摘要 为研究和优化挖掘机的挖斗在实际工作过程中耳板处焊缝容易受到疲劳破坏而开裂的问题,以市场上某型号的挖掘机为研究对象,采用有限元分析的方法对挖掘机的挖斗进行了疲劳寿命分析。并结合分析结果在原有模型的基础上,提出改进措施来优化挖斗焊缝处的疲劳寿命。通过原有模型与优化模型的疲劳寿命分析结果进行对比分析,证实优化模型可以显著提高挖斗的疲劳寿命。因此本研究可以为提高挖掘机挖斗的使用寿命提供一定的理论基础。 In order to research and optimize the problem that the ear plate weld of the excavator bucket are subject to fatigue damage in the process of practical work, this paper adopts the finite element analysis method to analyze the fatigue life of the excavator bucket, taking one type of excavator in the market as the research object. And this paper also proposes some improvement measures to optimize the fatigue life of the bucket weld based on the original model combined with the results of the analysis. The comparative analysis results of the fatigue life of the original model and the optimization model confirm that the optimization model can significantly improve the fatigue life of the bucket. Therefore this research can provide certain theoretical basis to improve the service life of the excavator bucket.
