摘要
针对海洋多糖为基础原料的降解与提取中存在的共同技术难点,本文自主提出了使用电化学法降解壳聚糖,色谱分离来提取壳低聚糖的新工艺路线;通过多次试验,获得了将其反应与分离进行集成控制的方法;并研制成功一套四柱二区的CSMB集成反应分离中试装备。试验结果表明,本文所设计的装备,通过将反应过程与分离过程相耦合,可以大大减少有机溶剂的损耗,充分提高生产效率,最终产品的纯度达95%以上。而且,该方法与设备具有较高的通用性和可拓展性。
For the presence of common technical difficulties in degradation and extraction of marine polysaccharide-based materials,this paper independently proposes a new processing method using electrochemical reaction for chitosan degradation and chromatographic separation for chitooligosacchrides extraction. Integrated control method of reaction and separation is obtained through numerous experiments. Coupled Simulated Moving Bed, reaction-separation integrated pilot equipment with four columns and two zones were developed successfully. Experimental results show that the equipment designed in this paper, which couples the reaction and separation processes, can greatly reduce the loss of organic solvents and fully improve production efficiency. Purity of the final product reaches more than 95%. Moreover, the method and equipment have high versatility and scalability.
