摘要
以含锌硫酸废水、铁屑、硅酸钠为原料,制备了聚硅酸铁锌絮凝剂,对聚硅酸铁锌的絮凝性能进行了研究,探讨了聚硅酸铁锌处理高COD马铃薯淀粉废水反应机理。结果表明:控制聚硅酸铁锌絮凝剂的Si O_2质量分数为0.02~0.025,(Fe+Zn)/Si摩尔比为1.5~2,硅酸活化的p H 1.56~2.12,活化时间为8~16 h,陈化时间为18~48 h时,可制得絮凝性能优良的聚硅酸铁锌絮凝剂。用制备的聚硅酸铁锌絮凝剂絮凝处理淀粉废水,COD从5642 mg/L降低到733 mg/L,SS从1270 mg/L降低到76 mg/L。
Poly- Silicate- ferric- zinc (PSiFZn) flocculant was made with wastewater sulfuric acid containing Zn2+, iron scraps and sodium silicate while its flocculation performance were investigated and reaction mechanism between PSiFZn flocculant and potato-starch wastewater with high COD were discussed . The results show that on the case of wSiO2=0.02~0.025,(Fe+Zn)/Si ( molar ratio ) 1.5~2.0, pH 1.56~2.12 and from 8~16 h of activation for poly silicate , from 18~48 h of activation for PSiFZn flocculant,the PSiFZn flocculant has excellent flocculation performance. Potato-starch wastewater was treated by the PSiFZn flocculant , The removal of COD is decreased from 5642mg/L to 733mg/L and the removal of SS is decreased from 1270mg/L to 76mg/L in the potato-starch wastewater.
