Technological Innovation to Promote the Transformation and Upgrading by Drawing on Foreign Experience

在经济发展方式转变、产业结构升级过程中,出现了一系列问题:如经济发展结构性、素质性矛盾越来越突出;产业层级不够高;自主创新能力不够强;关键技术自给率低;高新技术产业体量不够大等。这成为中国转型升级的"软肋",影响了产业发展续航能力。本文通过研究国外先进经验,探寻科技创新促进转型升级新思路。

There are many problems in the economic development model and industrial structure upgrading process, such as: increasingly prominent contradiction of the structural economic development, due to the high level of industry, weak independent innovation capability, self-sufficiency rate of key technologies, lack of high-tech industry volume and so on. These become China's"soft underbelly", affecting industrial development endurance. This article intent to explore new ideas of technological innovation transformation and upgrading by studying the advanced experience of foreign countries.
