摘要
混凝土泌水性能在土建结构中决定了建筑物的防水和承重能力。在长期荷载作用下,混凝土会产生开裂,影响混凝土的泌水性能,研究外部压力与尺寸效应对混凝土泌水性能的影响,为混凝土建筑结构防护提供参考。根据试验和数值模拟分析结果研究了混凝土试件外部压力下的尺寸应变与渗透系数之间的关系,探讨了等效塑性应变混凝土泌水性能的影响作用,最后以算例形式将成果应用在建筑物防水性能和开裂研究中,取得了较好的效果。试验结果表表明,该模型较好模拟不同测试单元受到泌水性能影响下的混凝土应力变化,不同单元的应力-应变曲线有较好的一致性,混凝土受拉过程的不同阶段应力变化和水泥浆体扩散系数计算准确,由此指导建筑施工配料和设计,提高施工质量。
The bleeding performance determines the building waterproof concrete and the bearing capacity in civil structures. In the long-term load, concrete cracking, image of concrete bleeding performance, influence of external pressure and size effect on the performance of concrete bleeding, door in concrete structures. According to the test and numerical simulation analysis results, the concrete test piece under external pressure size strain and permeability coefficient between the relationship, of equivalent plastic strain of concrete bleeding performance effect, finally to form cases the results have been applied in building waterproof performance and study of cracking and achieved good results. Test results show that, the model simulate different test unit affected by the bleeding performance of concrete stress changes and different unit should stress-strain curve has good consistency, concrete tensile process at different stages should force change and the cement slurry diffusion coefficient calculation accuracy, thus to guide the construction of ingredients and design, improve the quality of construction.
